"Enjoyed the stay at Goya!"
I stayed at Goya for the first three nights of my three month stay in Alicante because I did not yet have a host family. The employees at the front desk were more than helpful in pointing me in the right direction to find the university and the correct bus. The room was very clean and the wake up calls almost on time. As a lone woman traveling, I felt very safe staying at Goya and would definitely stay there again and do recommend it to others.

"Basic but pretty good"
We just had a 3 nights stay there related to a course and had booked 24 rooms. I got a double on the 4th floor to myself and it was clean and looked quite ok. The rooms are basic, but mine was nice enough with a bath instead of the very small shower a friend of mine got on another floor. There were no control for the aircondition or TV in the room, but when I asked in the reseption they gave me both at once. The personell was mostly very friendly and the reseption desk was helpful with maps, suggestions and helping us to call for taxis when needed. The breakfast buffet was not too bad, considering that it was in a latin country. Only white bread and croissants, but some fruit, juice, some cold cuts and cereal besides the regular jam and butter.
