Located in the leisure time and commercial centre of the city, very close to the best stores and warehouses and a few meters from the Explanada Espa�a (a spectacular palm trees walk path next to the sea), and from the best beaches and sports port. It is placed at a few meters from the train station and at only some steps from the central bus station.
